Welcome to Madishroom! Madishroom is an independent online store based in California. We sell two kinds of products: (1) new handmade and made-to-order art under our Crafty MerMadi artist line, and (2) curated pre-owned gaming and pop culture collectibles. By browsing our store or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

## What We Sell

### New Crafty MerMadi products
Stickers, prints, and other original art sold as new. Some items are made to order. Listings state when production or shipping may take longer.

### Pre-owned collectibles
Pre-owned gaming and pop culture merchandise (for example Funko, pins, Loungefly, plush, and similar). These items are sold as-is unless the listing says otherwise. We describe condition as accurately as possible and include photos of the actual item when applicable. Minor shelf wear, small box imperfections, and signs of previous ownership are expected and are not grounds for a return by themselves.

Always read the product listing for condition, materials, and shipping notes before you buy.

## Pricing & Availability

- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
- Many pre-owned items are one-of-a-kind and may not be restocked.
- Crafty MerMadi designs may be restocked or produced in small batches.
- Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

## Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may cancel an order for reasons including pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

## Age Restriction (18+ Items)

Some items are marked NSFW / mature content and are intended for buyers 18 years of age or older. By purchasing those items, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. Madishroom is not responsible for purchases made by minors.

## Intellectual Property

- Original Crafty MerMadi artwork, designs, and branding are owned by Madishroom / Crafty MerMadi unless otherwise noted.
- Product names, logos, characters, and trademarks on pre-owned third-party merchandise belong to their respective owners (including but not limited to companies such as Blizzard Entertainment, Funko, and Loungefly). Madishroom is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies. We are an independent seller of those pre-owned goods and of our own original art.

## Limitation of Liability

- Madishroom is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control.
- Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our store or products.

## California Sales Tax

California residents may be subject to applicable sales tax. Taxes are calculated at checkout when required.

## Privacy

We collect information needed to fulfill orders (such as name, shipping address, email, and payment details). We do not sell your personal information. Payment processing is handled securely through Shopify. See our Privacy policy for full details.

## Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Madishroom store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
