Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with Madishroom. Here is how shipping works for both our Crafty MerMadi art and our pre-owned collectibles.

## Where we ship from

All orders ship from California, United States. We currently ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.

## Processing time

- In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

- Made-to-order Crafty MerMadi items may take longer. When production time is longer, the product listing will note it. Please allow extra time before the estimated delivery window.

- During high-volume periods (holidays, convention seasons, large drops), processing may take an extra day or two.

## Carriers and tracking

- Primary carrier: USPS.

- Priority Mail for most larger items (figures, plush, bags, multi-item orders, etc.).

- First Class Mail for lightweight items (pins, patches, stickers, buttons) when appropriate.

- Tracking is included. You receive a tracking number by email when the order ships.

Alaska and Hawaii may have an additional surcharge. If a surcharge applies, we contact you before shipping.

## Packaging

We pack carefully: bubble wrap / tissue, sturdy boxes or padded mailers, soft protectors for Funko Pops when available, and extra padding for fragile items.

## Insurance

- Insurance is included on orders over $100.

- For orders under $100, you may request insurance before the order ships by emailing us.

## Delivery times and lost or damaged packages

Carrier estimates are not guaranteed by Madishroom. Once the carrier has the package, delivery timing is outside our control. If a package appears lost or damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can work with the carrier.

Always double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address you provided.
