Shipping policy
Thanks for shopping with Madishroom! We know how exciting it is to score a rare collectible, and we want to make sure it gets to you safely and quickly. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Where We Ship From
All orders ship from California, United States. We currently ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time, but we hope to offer it in the future — stay tuned!
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. We're a small independent shop, so we appreciate your patience. During high-volume periods (convention season, holidays), processing may take an extra day or two.
Carriers & Tracking
- Our primary carrier is USPS.
- Priority Mail is used for most orders (Funko Pops, plushies, Loungefly bags, figures, etc.).
- First Class Mail is used for lightweight items like enamel pins, patches, stickers, and buttons.
- All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Alaska & Hawaii
An additional shipping surcharge may apply for orders to Alaska and Hawaii. If a surcharge applies, we'll reach out before shipping so there are no surprises.
Packaging & Care
We're collectors too, so we pack everything like we'd want to receive it:
- Items are carefully wrapped with bubble wrap and tissue paper.
- Sturdy boxes or padded mailers are used for all shipments.
- Funko Pops ship in protective soft protectors when available.
- Fragile and high-value items receive extra padding and reinforcement.
Shipping Insurance
- Shipping insurance is included on all orders over $100.
- For orders under $100, we strongly recommend adding insurance — especially for rare or hard-to-replace collectibles. If you'd like to add insurance, reach out before your order ships.
Delivery Times & Lost/Damaged Packages
- Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Madishroom. Once the package is in the carrier's hands, delivery timelines are out of our control.
- If your package appears lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
💡 Tip
Always double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We can't be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
