Refund policy


We want every collector to be thrilled with their purchase. Because most of our inventory consists of pre-owned, one-of-a-kind items, our return policy works a little differently than a typical retail store. Please read this carefully before placing your order.

The Big Picture: All Sales Are Final

All items are pre-owned and sold as-is unless otherwise noted in the listing. The product photos in each listing represent the actual item you will receive — please review them carefully before purchasing. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of most items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or because you didn't realize an item was pre-owned.

When We Will Accept Returns or Issue Refunds

We stand behind the accuracy of our listings. We will work with you in these situations:

  1. Item is significantly different from the listing. You received the wrong item, or there is major undisclosed damage that was not shown or described in the listing photos.
  2. Item was damaged during shipping. The item arrived broken or damaged due to transit — you must provide photos within 48 hours of delivery showing the damage and packaging.

How to Request a Return

If you believe you qualify for a return or refund, here's what to do:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, clear photos of the item and any damage, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. We'll review your request and respond as quickly as possible (usually within 1–2 business days).

If Your Return Is Approved

  • If the issue was our error (wrong item shipped, undisclosed damage), we'll cover return shipping costs.
  • In all other approved cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Additional Notes

  • Items with deeper stock (pins, patches, and similar items where we may have multiples) may be eligible for an exchange on a case-by-case basis. Just ask!
  • NSFW / mature art prints: Absolutely no returns once the item has been opened or unsealed. No exceptions.
  • We cannot accept returns on items that have been altered, customized, or damaged by the buyer after delivery.
  • All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. We're reasonable people and we'll always try to do right by our fellow collectors.
